Calderwood Hall: Knight's Rest

Thursday, October 3, 11:00 AM

Free with Museum admission

Knight's Rest, a five-minute 3D film by 2012 Gardner Artists-in-Residence OpenEndedGroup, will be on view in Calderwood Hall from 11 am to 5 pm. 3D glasses will be available.

Knight's Rest is a meditative encounter with the Museum's Spanish Chapel, a five-minute film that derives from a single camera pass. The accompanying soundscape is a contemporary take on Domenico Scarlatti sonatas, composed by Jaroslaw Kapuscinski on a piano in the Museum.

If you enjoy the film, don't miss OpenEndedGroup's lecture at 7 pm.
