Members of the Press

If you are a member of the press and would like to be notified about museum news, exhibition announcements, and other updates, please e-mail mbusackisgm.org with your contact information and press affiliation. To receive the museum’s general e-announcements sign up here.

Press Visits

Members of the press planning to visit the museum as part of their coverage may request admission tickets by contacting the Communications Office at mbusackisgm.org. Prior arrangements must be made in order to accommodate press visits.

Photography and video by members of the media must be coordinated in advance through the Director of Marketing and Communications. Requests for photo and film shoots must be submitted in writing to mbusackisgm.org at least two weeks before the requested shoot date. Please note that the museum cannot accommodate “location” or background photography for fashion shoots or commercial endeavors.

Advertising and Vendor Inquiries

The Gardner Museum currently works with many advertising and printer representatives. New vendors are asked to mail media kits and/or samples to the Creative Services Manager at apadillaisgm.org for review before sending unsolicited e-mails or calling.
