We encourage you to use the vendors listed below when planning your event. They are all familiar with the Museum's guidelines and have often worked in the spaces.
Clients are welcome to bring in any vendors, with the exception of caterers (clients must use the museum caterer, The Gardner Catering). However, their vendors must contact the Office of Event Rentals to review museum guidelines prior to the event.
